How can I recover my account?

Open Lost Account and use your account number and recovery key. Generate and keep your recovery key in a safe place while you can access Account Management. Never post your password or recovery key in chat.

How should I report a game problem?

Note the position (X, Y, Z), item ID or NPC name, what you did and what happened. A screenshot is helpful. Use Support to find the server owner. Do not include passwords or recovery keys.
